The best way to get started is by booking a consultation. This helps me understand what your goals are, how I can help, and allows you to decide whether you would like to work together.
-
We are currently working on this however, we do not provide direct billing at this time. Payment can be completed online or via e-transfer.
-
The first appointment is different from the initial consultation. It is an opportunity for me, as your therapist, to get to know you on a deeper level and understand the story of what makes you who you are, what brings you to therapy, and helping you determine what you’d like to focus on as we begin to work together.
-
That’s okay, you don’t have to! At [Re]Story, we’ll meet you where you are, without judgement or pressure, and work alongside you to find what feels helpful and meaningful.
